It is truly impressive how bad Doggett Ford is. If I could give a "0", I would ! I bought a used car from the sales person telling me he personally checked with the service manager and the car ha If I could give a "0", I would ! I bought a used car from the sales person telling me he personally checked with the service manager and the car has no issues – except for the motor mounts. He asked if I would be OK with a slight discount to cover the cost of me changing the motor mounts. I am not OK with that. If the car is not ready to go, I am not interested. They decided to cover that cost – that should have been a given. While they are corrected that issue, I checked and there was an open recall. I asked them to check that while it was in the shop anyway. They said the flexplate would only be changed if there was and issue. She said this car did not have that issue. I drove it off the lot and 5 days later it was making a very loud noise. I took it to my mechanic and they said it needed a timing belt and it was a qt low on oil. I took it back to Doggett and they said “oh, it actually does need a new flexplate”! So they ordered that part. I also asked them to address why it was burning a qt of oil in 5 days. 4 weeks later.. they finally got the flexplate fixed and told me that I needed to drive it 500 miles before they could look at the issue of it burning oil. It was getting close to the end of the warranty period so I am not OK with driving it 500+ miles and wasting warranty time. They are trying to find something to “trade” the car for. They cant find anything that is comparable. They are taking an exorbitant amount of time to fix the issue and now all they can do is blame me for buying a car that has issues. It’s a 6 year old car. It should not be burning oil at a rate of a qt every 5 days !!! After 4 weeks of the car being in the shop, they finally were able to give me documentation on what was actually done to the car. The documentation shows that they fixed the flex plate but they have not taken any action on the diagnosis of the burning oil. Buyer Beware ! They will take every opportunity to put 100% of the blame on you for buying a car with issues. They are not responsible for anything ! They will tell you whatever they have to for the sale and it is all up to you from that point. I hope you know a LOT about cars because you cant trust them to be honest ! More

I bought two expensive cars from Doggett ford. Second car I bought was Mustang Mach E Premium, during that time I also purchased extended warranty. In A week or 10 days I asked them to cancel m Second car I bought was Mustang Mach E Premium, during that time I also purchased extended warranty. In A week or 10 days I asked them to cancel my warranty and they did it. I have waited for a while and ask them where was the refund then finance (Johnny)manager told me it takes 6-8 weeks, after 6 weeks I contacted again this time he told me it takes 6-10 weeks. After 10 weeks over I contacted again. He told me they have not received money from the warranty department. I asked him if there is a possibility to expedite the process each day there is also an interest for it, no answer and send him a couple of more messages no answer. I waited another week no answer. Today I called the ford credit I explained the situation then they gave me warranty department. Warranty department told me after they have received the cancelation form the next day(in 24 hours) they have refunded the money to the dealer. I am asking now what are you trying to do? Is it the way to appreciate who bought two cars from you? I bought Expedition Limited and Ford mustang Mach e Finally I do not recommend this dealer. There are lots of dealer in the town check the others. Second Review After my initial review, Tiffany Anderson emailed me stating, "Hi Mustafa, your warranty has been canceled, and you should expect to receive a refund check in the mail soon." However, on the same day, I received another email from her indicating, "Hi Mustafa, I just received word that the refund will be applied to the end of your loan." This inconsistent communication feels unprofessional, as it suggests they will effectively hold onto my money for the remaining six years of my loan term, resulting in continued interest payments for that duration. Consequently, I cannot recommend this dealer and suggest exploring other options first. More
