I don't typically like dealing with dealership salesman because of all the crap some like to put you through. But I have to say I would come back to Greg at Crowns in Chattanooga anytime! He was the most p because of all the crap some like to put you through. But I have to say I would come back to Greg at Crowns in Chattanooga anytime! He was the most personable guy and you could tell he really wanted to make sure you found what you wanted and were happy with your purchase. They did have some internet issues and it took a little longer than normal because we had to go to another store to fill out the paperwork. But they made it easy, had plenty of refreshments and it gave me the opportunity to really test drive our new truck. Overall it was a smooth transaction and I was happy with how everything turned out. Awesome dealership, awesome staff and we'll definitely let our friends and family know that if they are in the Chattanooga area that they need to stop at Crowns! More

First of all, the 4. 8/5 star Google reviews certainly caught my attention. Then I saw they had this gorgeous car so I decided to reach out. Internet manager Bryan Cruz ma 8/5 star Google reviews certainly caught my attention. Then I saw they had this gorgeous car so I decided to reach out. Internet manager Bryan Cruz made the quick buy process virtually painless. Yes, you can buy just about anything over the Internet. After arriving in Chattanooga for delivery, Joel Quimby brought it to the airport to pick me up. He allowed me to drive it back to the dealership which was awesome! The dealership was clean and the waiting area was stocked with plenty of refreshments. Joel himself, was straightforward and friendly as we completed the deal closing paperwork. Thristian Swallows was very professional and was careful to clarify any portion of my finance agreement on which I was not sure. Joel even cleaned the car and filled the gas tank to get get me on my way home to SC. Prior to yesterday, I had a dim view of buying cars at dealerships. Crown CDJR and staff have changed that. Yesterday's delivery of my beautiful car capped my best car buying experience ever. I'm very happy and I highly recommend them! Thanks, guys! More
