I recently purchased a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys 2-door from Criswell in Gaithersburg. Leon Travis was my salesman. I'm 65 years old and have purchased a couple of dozen cars in my lifetime including Toy from Criswell in Gaithersburg. Leon Travis was my salesman. I'm 65 years old and have purchased a couple of dozen cars in my lifetime including Toyotas, BMWs, and Mazdas. I think this fun as heck Willys purchase is a result of a delayed mid-life crisis, but I can assure you I'm enjoying the heck out of driving it. With respect to the buying experience, I am happy to report that this was the most pleasant, low to no stress, professional, zero issue buying experience ever. I felt I got a fair deal on the Wrangler, I am not a pay the sticker kind of guy. Leon is highly knowledgeable, easy to talk with and very patient. After meeting Leon on an an initial 'fly-by' of the lot, it took me over a month to be comfortable that I had the right Wrangler in mind, and that I was ready to 'go through' the buying experience. Leon never pestered me, when I would send a note asking a question, he would answer promptly and let me know politely that he would be around if I wanted to test drive any particular Wrangler model or meet to work out a deal. I sent Leon a note letting him know I was ready to pull the trigger but that if I came to the dealership 'here is how I want the experience to go'. I was really impressed, the experience, price discussion, closing discussion, and drive away went exactly as I had asked, Leon curated the experience, had prepped his manager and business manager to ensure they followed the script. I test drove the vehicle, agreed on a price, finished the closing paperwork, and drove away on a full tank of gas (thanks Leon!) in less than 3 hours. The Wrangler (knock on wood) is now 3 weeks old, and there are no issues to report, flawless thus far. I highly recommend the dealership, and in particular Leon if you're considering a Jeep or other brand they sell. Take care, Joe More
