They were transparent, reasonable, and made the experience enjoyable. I arrived for a test drive, discussed pricing, and agreed upon a fair price in under 30 minutes. Furthermore, they honored their word and worked with me as I secured my financing over the weekend and had the vehicle detailed and ready to go for me Monday morning, big red bow and all.
