I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Tom! I spent several days working towards getting the vehicle I really wanted. I had some other dealerships deliver service that was lackluster. Once I I spent several days working towards getting the vehicle I really wanted. I had some other dealerships deliver service that was lackluster. Once I connected with Tom, he took everything off my plate and helped me get into the right vehicle at the right price! The best part, this whole process was incredibly simple! We live 2 hours from the dealership and Tom took care of everything so all we had to do was test drive, discuss warrant and sign paperwork! I now have a car that I love, that fits my lifestyle and a price point that makes sense! More

Tom was the worst. I came in to test-drive two used outbacks and the sales person I worked with before wasn't there, so I worked with Tom. Tom was inconvenienced that I came in to test-drive two used outbacks and the sales person I worked with before wasn't there, so I worked with Tom. Tom was inconvenienced that I wanted to actually test drive both cars, "They are the same car" and gave out a big sigh when I insisted wanted to drive them both. Im really glad I drove both because they did feel different driving. He also didn't want to come on the test drive. WHAT?! Had I not already test drove with DJ and had a great experience with him, I would have left and never come back. Avoid Tom at all cost. More
