Basically dishonest used car dealer. Claimed that because a recall was outstanding, no warranty can be given on a used car - nothing at all! Also claimed car had full sized spare - not true. Also only one set of keys - no obligation to do anything else. After spending $37,000 I am leaving with a bad taste. More

I would highly recommend this dealership. My Salesman Silvio C. was very patient and courteous. My hardest decision was choosing the color exterior and interior. I didn’t want a light color interior because of visible dirt and how often I would have to clean it. I test drove several cars to get a feel for the vehicle’s performance. I had decided earlier what my price point was and Thomas the Sales Manager was very helpful. Once I picked the color the process is simple. I would recommend getting pre approved for a car loan, so you know what your payment will be. That’s when you meet Eder, one of the finance managers. He will walk you through the final process of getting your vehicle, and if you know what you want your payment to be, he will give you the options to reach your payment price. All in all the process takes way too long but in the end it’ll be worth it. I would like to thank the team at Honda New Rochelle for all their help and the fact that they were very courteous.
