Thomas Ng of Paragon Acura went above and beyond my expectations. I actually never met him in person, but yet he made me feel comfortable enough to close the deal with him and Paragon on my brand new 2 expectations. I actually never met him in person, but yet he made me feel comfortable enough to close the deal with him and Paragon on my brand new 2023 MDX. He answered and addressed all questions/concerns I had every step of the way and always provided me with his honest opinions and advice. When it came time to pickup the car, it was actually Thomas' day off. However, he sent instructions to his colleagues to make sure I was well taken care of when I got to dealership to pickup my new car. Overall, it was an excellent car buying experience at Paragon Acura and especially with Thomas. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends and family who are interested in an Acura. More
