I just wanted to tell future customers my story, I walked into Peruzzi Nissan and was greeted by Thomas. Very pleasant person. We went back to his desk and we spoke about what vehicle I was interested in. into Peruzzi Nissan and was greeted by Thomas. Very pleasant person. We went back to his desk and we spoke about what vehicle I was interested in. I told Thomas I had 30 minutes. I dread going to dealerships , I truly hate the haggle and the extremely long wait!!! He hauled xxx, back and forth to the manager to get me a price I was happy with! Very kind, calm, easy to speak with. He didn’t get offensive in the least with my time frame, He just put the pedal to the metal. So I decided to lease a Nissan Rogue, I told him I’d be back Friday, ( He never told me he was off that day). I had my credit frozen since the pandemic , I had my identity stolen. So Friday I walk into Peruzzi and the gentleman behind the desk said , Thomas doesn’t work today, then another Salesman said, I just saw him at his desk. So I went back, to his desk and for nearly 1 1/2 Thomas tried to get my credit unfrozen. The day before, I unfroze my credit, I had emails that showed that they were unfrozen. But Thomas didn’t complain or wine, or cry! Mind you , he came in on his day off, how could I be upset! Finally it went through! Thank God! I think the 2 of us were ready to pull our hair out! He took the time to come in on his day off to help me. I have never had this type of good service anywhere. I will gladly recommend Thomas to any of my Clients looking to buy a Nissan! Thank you again Thomas, you made buying a suv a little more enjoyable! More
