The service performed was good, however, I asked for a tire rotation which they did not do. They said the tires were bad so 'no point'. On the evaluation sheet it said the tires were acceptable. I made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived 15 minutes late, but asked if it could still be done without a problem. They said yes and acted like It didn’t matter in the least. Also, I asked would it take long he said no so it took one hour for that. I arrived at 1:30. I left at 4:30. When I scheduled my appointment on the phone, I asked how long it would take because I wanted to know whether I could stay there or if I should get a ride. I was told 45 minutes to an hour at the most. More
