I purchased a 2002 Ford Taurus from this dealership myself and another family member were paying on the car together. I was laid off of work around a year ago then family member becamr terminally ill a myself and another family member were paying on the car together. I was laid off of work around a year ago then family member becamr terminally ill and she died. I tried to explain my situation to both the fianace and head manager in this dealership but neither of them wanted to hear it. All they cared is how fast they could receive their car payment and if i couldnt make my payment they would gladly take the car back and sell it. Stay away from this dealership the manager and the finance officer named Thomas are the rudest most unprofessional bunch of customer service people you would ever want to meet so save your money and go somewhere else where you treated with respect cause you wont get any from Dorsch Ford in Green Bay, Wis More
