I came Yesterday to the dealership to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by Thomas gernhart. He was friendly and gave an estimate which was higher from what I was used to. I told him that I and tire rotation. I was greeted by Thomas gernhart. He was friendly and gave an estimate which was higher from what I was used to. I told him that I usually pay less than that so he went to my account and told me that there was no discount for me. I told him that they usually check couple discount before I am a loyal customer and a disabled vet with no job. With no sympathy he reply that he was a vet too and those people were gone and he need to pay his technicians and if the dealership doesn’t make money it will close. I was hurt so I called for the manager and spoke to Jenn and she was wonderful and gave me couple discount with no if or but . I stated that it was easy and he finally admitted that he was brand new and was unable to offer any discount because the dealership doesn’t trust him yet .He should of said that from the beginning instead of giving a lesson about not making money. Also, when they rotated my tires they did not inflate them so had to go back Update After posting this review. Rachel Van Hart called me to apologize the way Thomas handle the situation. She was very professional and credited my account for my next service. She promised to coach him more on how to properly speak to customer. Way to go Rachel and thank you for making my day More

Received great service! I worked with Thomas Gernhart. I think this dealership is doing a good job in the service department. I also do think prices are kind of high and you guys can give better quality cou think this dealership is doing a good job in the service department. Tom was amazing. He got me out super fast promised me one time & got me out 30 minutes faster. Despite he also added me in for a last minute appointment. He also gave me a nice discount.
