Always pleasant and professional! My experience at this service center has always been positive. I am greeted immediately upon arrival and quickly briefed on what service is needed. I My experience at this service center has always been positive. I am greeted immediately upon arrival and quickly briefed on what service is needed. I am politely ushered to a clean, comfortable and varied waiting area. I usually take advantage of the free coffee and quiet waiting area. Rest rooms are also very clean and convenient. My car is serviced quickly and the technician personally reviews what was done and facilities the financial transaction. Coupons are offered if applicable! I drive away through the automatic doors secure that my Rav 4 is all set till my next scheduled visit😊 More

We also appreciated that you accepted cash without a penalty because we didn’t finance. Another dealership wanted an additional $1,000.00 if we did not finance and the sales manager was rude, condescending and extremely aggressive. More
