I HAVE BEEN IN THE CAR BUSINESS FOR OVER 15 YRS. I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. I ENJOY THE OUT DOORS, FISHING, 4 WHEELERS, COOKOUTS, BEACH AND POOL DAYS, AND BEING WITH LOVED ONES. I WAS BORN IN LEXINGTON, KY BUT HAVE LIVED IN VARIOUS PARTS OF FLORIDA SINCE I WAS 6 YRS OLD

You should be closed for negligence. My car arrived at Service free of flood as certified by your department yet by the time it gets to Body Shop the vehicle is declared flooded, and you My car arrived at Service free of flood as certified by your department yet by the time it gets to Body Shop the vehicle is declared flooded, and you don’t even include me in anything! You call the the insurance company and never included me in any of this. The original photos and paid flood free certificate from your Service department shows how poor your establishment is at every important aspect of a dealership. my first experience with Daytona Toyota service department was abysmal. first they got my email mixed up with one of my relatives which added to the confusion and then i meet Jon Maxy who can only department was abysmal. first they got my email mixed up with one of my relatives which added to the confusion and then i meet Jon Maxy who can only be named as one of the most unfriendly characters i have met. the highlight of the day was the arranged shuttle transportation to and from my home with drivers who were friendly and warm. the fact that i need to go back there again for my oil change is a disappointing.
