We purchased a new Wagoneer from Thomas B. back in November. We are very pleased with the comfort and roominess. We had one issue with the battery. With it being during the holiday season, Tho back in November. We are very pleased with the comfort and roominess. We had one issue with the battery. With it being during the holiday season, Thomas made it very easy and convenient to get the problem resolved. This is the 2nd vehicle we purchased from him. Sales department I would recommend 100% Service department I would highly not recommend. Jim Garvin will not return any phone calls and will avoid calls They will not tell you when parts arrive You department I would highly not recommend. They claim to do different diagnostic tests, even when proof that they didn’t. They always threaten Diag charges when going through warranty. Was told I will need to contact Ram to have something warranted and even after contacted Ram and got it approved on how it needs to go through their system they fall short. Jim went even as far in the past to text to please leave a perfect review and don’t leave a review if it’s not perfect. Overall, this service department has fallen short on way too many occasions and can never be relied on More
