Every sales floor needs a Theresa Shepard!!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I live about 4 hours away from this location but the experience I had with Theresa made it all worth it. Theresa have asked for a better experience. I live about 4 hours away from this location but the experience I had with Theresa made it all worth it. Theresa kept in contact with me throughout the entire process to make sure that I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted(Chevy Traverse). She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Theresa Shepard was helpful with our important buy of our 2017 Pacifica Ltd. We traded in 2 cars due to my new life as an above knee amputee. Polite and Friendly Service I arranged to meet with Theresa a few days in advance and she checked in with me prior to my visit to make sure that she could answer any questions I I arranged to meet with Theresa a few days in advance and she checked in with me prior to my visit to make sure that she could answer any questions I had before coming in. Theresa walked me around the car and made sure that I understood the features of my car before buying it. Other dealerships that I've been to in the past have assumed that I have no understanding of cars because I'm young. Theresa spoke to me very respectfully and answered all of the questions I had throughout the process. More
