Unfortunately, my experience with the dealership was not stellar. From the moment I arrived they seemed not to want to help with a seatbelt repair. I made an appointment, yet I waited 1.5 hours to have the stellar. From the moment I arrived they seemed not to want to help with a seatbelt repair. I made an appointment, yet I waited 1.5 hours to have them tell me they would need to order the part. I stated for safety reasons I definitely wanted them to order the part. 3.5 weeks later I received a phone call saying the part had arrived -3.5. weeks! More
