We did enjoy our experience but I do have 1 suggestion. We felt a bit rushed and part of that was my fault. Once we made the decision to purchase the car I should of slowed down the process. I should of put deposit down and returned the next day to pick up car and make final payment and bring all the things you would need for the trade in. I understand why you want to make sure we stay and purchase the car but it would of been nice to pick up the next day. I don't fault your dealership as it really was up to me to slow it down. We enjoyed working with Ted. We also enjoyed working with your finance person. She was very informative. More
