Due to the extensive length of the repair for back ordered parts all part of the post covid supply chain shortage, I wanted to see about trading my 2015 Tacoma for something similar I could drive without waiting 3 months. Theo took the bull by the horns and worked out several options. Theo was incredible to work with, he has a good sense of humor while maintaining that professional standard you would expect from Toyota. Theo made the signing process easy while getting it done quickly. He answered all of my questions regarding the product. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase, though it wasn't a Toyota it is still a great vehicle which I fully intend to pay off without iced over tree limbs falling on it. If you decide to drop in to Toyota of Richardson's Pre-owned sales lot, and you get Theo as your salesman, you are in great hands! More
