I had an amazing experience purchasing my 4Runner from Ed Martin! The process was smooth and easy, and the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Thankful, Josh, Sam, a Martin! The process was smooth and easy, and the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Thankful, Josh, Sam, and Xavier did an excellent job making everything seamless. A special thanks to Thankful, who went above and beyond to show me some key features of my new vehicle after the deal was done—which says a lot about their commitment to customer service. The facility was spotless, and the vehicles were in excellent condition. Highly recommend Ed Martin for a great car-buying experience! More

Thankful tried to sell me a vehicle that the dealership didn't even have. I contacted her looking for a specific vehicle with a specific option. She contacted me to schedule a drive in with this particular didn't even have. I contacted her looking for a specific vehicle with a specific option. She contacted me to schedule a drive in with this particular vehicle. Test drive when great (other than her apathetic personality), and paperwork was drawn up after I confirmed WITH THANKFUL that the desired option was available on this vehicle. The finance guy rushed me through the process, was uninviting, and had ridiculously sweaty hands. Anyway, the vehicle in question had to be detailed and serviced since it was just dropped off to be sold. I signed everything with the expectation that once the work was completed, I would pick up my amazing new car in a few days. I asked Thankful for the window sticker to learn about all of the options that it had. Unfortunately, when she (finally) sent it to me, I realized that the vehicle I had just purchased was NOT the vehicle I had wanted. I contacted her right away to relay this information and saying that I did not want the vehicle anymore as the most important option wasn't even available for this particular package. She ignore my multiple calls. When she finally did call me back, it was to let me know that the service required was almost complete and I would be able to pick it up soon. So clearly either she ignored my prior messages or disregarded them altogether. After additional calls and messages not being returned, I went back to the dealership to speak with a sales manager in person to rectify the issue. I explained the details of everything that had happened, he said since I hadn't yet taken delivery of the vehicle, that they were able to cancel the loan and the sale. I don't remember who I spoke with, but he was the one competent person I was in contact at Ed Martin. The moral of the story is that 1. Thankful attempted to sell me a vehicle that had been falsely advertised, 2. Thankful wasn't knowledgeable enough about the vehicle packages to realize that this in fact was not the one advertised, 3. Thankful is horrible at returning calls/texts if there is an issue. I will never return to an Ed Martin location if this is the experience that I should expect. Thank you for making the other dealerships in the Indy area look utterly amazing compared to the mess that is currently at Ed Martin Toyota. More

I had a great experience with Thankful at Ed Martin Toyota. She wasn't pushy and was very patient waiting for me to make decisions. They even gave me a paper plate that should last through car washes Toyota. She wasn't pushy and was very patient waiting for me to make decisions. They even gave me a paper plate that should last through car washes. The last place I went just gave me an actual paper plate. Something they printed on copy paper. :P I went to Ed Martin Toyota not only because they had the car I was looking at but also their great ratings. I don't remember the names of the others I worked with but it was a relaxing atmosphere and everyone was kind and didn't act to busy to smile in passing or say 'Hi'. I even petted a beautiful puppers who was there. :) More
