Working with Terry was good. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only issue I had was when I received the key for my used car, there was only one fob. That was very disapp He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only issue I had was when I received the key for my used car, there was only one fob. That was very disappointing that I have to spend more money to get a second fob. The dealership should have already acquired a new fob for this vehicle prior to putting it up for sale. Terry told me that sometimes this happens with used cars. Nancy was all around great! More

Our salesman misrepresented the car, and then was either fired or quit before the deal was complete. Alex stepped and did as well as could be expected. When we called we were told we could bring it back which we did. They redid it, and when my husband pointed out places that were still not good, he was told they didn't have the equipment to do it. They did fill the gas tank up. More

I want to make sure it's aware. I wouldn't even give Terry one start, since that isn't even possible on this website. I sat down with Terry and straight out said that I wanted t I wouldn't even give Terry one start, since that isn't even possible on this website. I sat down with Terry and straight out said that I wanted to release a new vehicle but I did not want to eat the cost of mileage overage. He said I would not have to pay the mile overage that since I was releasing. I just received a bill in the mail for almost $3,000 for mile overage. When asked about this he stated that I said you will not have to pay "turn in fee's". This is not what I asked specifically since that was my "main" concern about paying any additional mileage fees. I was tricked into a new lease because he wanted to use "different" terminology. This is incredibly disrespectful to a customer! This is exactly why I hate dealing with dealerships, they promise you one thing and turn around saying I didn't say that. I will never ever recommend Terry. If that was specifically my concern, he should have been upfront saying I can not make the mileage charges go away, you will have to pay them. I am an educated person. I would understand that. He completely disregarded my ONLY concern to get the sale. More
