Great deal from Ford of Columbia I saw online that they had a really good deal on the car I was looking for. I figured it was one of those online prices where you had to qualify for all rebates. I called and after talking with Terry, I found it was not and I even qualified for the national rebate. I ended up with a great deal. And even with that deal, when things were not quite right with the paperwork, Steve and Ford of Columbia took care of the accounting issue on their end. Great integrity! Even though I flew there and drove 900 miles back, I would do so again. It will be the first place I look when buying a new Ford. More

My recent experience with Ford of Columbia was not up to the standard one would hope for. Despite purchasing a used truck from them, the delivery process was riddled with unexpected issues. Some aspects of the delivery were mishandled, including missing key components such as a second key fob and a center console tray. Additionally, the truck was delivered in need of detailing work, with coffee stains and pet hair present in various areas. Furthermore, the fuel level was inadequate, and the DEF gauge showed a low level, indicating a need for refill. The management was informed about these issues and their only solution was a $25 gift card. The financing and the delivery of the truck was a hassle-free process. More
