Always satisfied I have been a customer of Rudy Luther Toyota since 2008 and the comfortable clean service center and friendly service from all the employees are some I have been a customer of Rudy Luther Toyota since 2008 and the comfortable clean service center and friendly service from all the employees are some of the reasons I purchased my 2019 Highlander at this dealer. I just brought it in for my first check up and was happy to have Terry Johnson as my Service Advisor. He is so knowledgeable and always makes sure my issues are handled and my questions are answered. Tony does a great job handling our We recently purchased a 2019 RAV4 XSE Hybrid. This is our second purchase from Rudy Luther Toyota and Tony Zemke. Tony does a great job handling our questions and requests and is outstanding to work with. We appreciate his straight forward/honest approach and his commitment to making sure we have a great experience. He is always willing to answer our questions, even after delivery of the new car. Pete did a good job of walking us through the finance portion of the purchase and explained all of our options on the recent purchase. The service department has been excellent every time we have had our Hylander in for regular maintenance. Always on time, friendly, and explains what they are doing. We would definitely recommend Rudy Luther Toyota and especially Tony. We have 3 Toyota dealers closer to our house, but choose to deal with Tony and Rudy Luther Toyota because of the service they provide. More
