I would not do any repeat business. Communication was lacking, I agreed to pay the interest rate told to me by finance and ended up not realizing the rate was actually one point higher Communication was lacking, I agreed to pay the interest rate told to me by finance and ended up not realizing the rate was actually one point higher until I had signed everything and the deal was complete. The whole process took hours, which was frustrating and then as I was in a hurry to sign paperwork, things were overlooked. The financial institution that they set the loan up with is already proving difficult to make a payment as it’s 3 weeks out and they still don’t have the loan set up in my account. More
