I don’t like the fact that you give me an option to do a maintenance package as I scheduled my appointment but then when someone picked my car up they were charged double . I had a Great experience with a recurring electronic rear brake issue. The senior Managers and all the to advisors to the Technicians' to include the KIA Service Technicians worked their tails off to FIND * brake issue. No Codes and messages didn't help, BUT they never gave up!! More
