Per our discussion, our pricing is very transparent and all the numbers were presented and discussed up front prior to you signing. You made an offer below our asking price that we were unable to accept, after which you agreed to purchase the vehicle at our asking price, so I am surprised to see that you believe you were lied to or cheated. I love my car and it was an easy process but I was promised a detail and full tank of gas. Had 2 gallons of gas and no detail clean. Also no floor mats no windshield fluid and 18% oil life.
