Last week I went to do a up grade at Luther BROOKDALE and I met this wonderful Sells lady K-Sandra Martin. I traded my 2016 in for 2021 High Country Suburban. K-Sandra broke down everything into pieces where I felt very, very confident in the decision I was making🙂. K-SANDRA even called me back on multiple occasions after the purchase seeing how I was doing and if I need any help setting up anything with the vehicle to assure I'm getting the best service a customer deserve. 🥰 The hospitality was so amazing! Cheryl is amazing to work with! We had gone to about 4 different dealerships looking for a used 2018 Traverse. (Finally moving away from the mini-van) After some bad experiences and spending hours in deal different dealerships looking for a used 2018 Traverse. (Finally moving away from the mini-van) After some bad experiences and spending hours in dealerships I spoke with a co-worker who said that Luther was amazing with her car purchase so I gave it a try. I found the car online to give them a reference to what I was looking for and called Luther. Thank God Cheryl answered. I gave her the car stock number and let her know what my prices ranges were! She asked me a few questions and got me into a brand NEW Traverse!!!!! She even got me $1000 more for my trade versus 2 other dealership offers! Here's the super plus! I went into the dealership to get the car appraisal and to look at the new Traverse on my lunch. We then did everything else with the exception of signing and trading the cars over the the phone! I didnt have to sit in the dealership for hours!!! There was no pushing or hard haggling. Never felt I was being ripped off (because I wasn't!) We will come back to Cheryl again and again! She's amazing! As a side note, we worked with Cari Olson in the finance department and she was also amazing! Got us a great rate and great deal on the long extended warranty that was a must for us! Great job Luther! These 2 are keepers! Changed the car buying experience from a long stressful experience to a refreshing smooth one! Loving our brand NEW Traverse! More
