Born in Temperance, MI, Teresa has been at Yark Automotive since 1994. She has a long history working with parts. Her first job was working as a Toledo Blade carrier. Since then she has worked for a GM dealer and an environmental company. In her role at Yark Teresa enjoys meeting people and helping others enjoy their passion for automobiles. In her free time, Teresa enjoys playing pool, spending time in Irish Hills, and supporting her husband in collecting Shelbys and broncos, and drag racing She also enjoys cheering on the Toledo Walleye! When it comes to cars, Teresa is interested in how they evolve over the years in style and speed. Her favorite car is the 1968 Shelby GT500KR that she and her husband purchased in 1980.

We are from South Carolina and our run flat rear tire failed on the Ohio Turnpike. We were in a panic as we were heading to our Grandson’s college football game on Saturday in East Lansing Michigan. We c failed on the Ohio Turnpike. We were in a panic as we were heading to our Grandson’s college football game on Saturday in East Lansing Michigan. We called the dealer and the team sprung into action. They were waiting for us when we arrived in the Tow truck. Even though it was just before closing time on a Friday, they had our tire switched and our SUV ready in 45 minutes. What great service and an awesome team. Every team member came and talked to us in the waiting area making sure we were OK. That included the parts department, service manager and office staff. Buy your BMW from this crew!! More

Several mistakes, 1st oil change and snow wheels purchase. Oil change well done, great customer service. New purchase & labor was not BMW quality. Experiences starting from the automated notification confirmation of $2k tires & wheels not actually arriving. Was told not to listen to the automated messages, to get a human. Complications locating purchase, our car sat passed over the weekend. At the end they also lost our tires and wheels when putting on the new. No receipt or contract in regards to there resolution of our lost tires. More

People here are friendly. The service prices are high. (base cost is $141/hr.) The parts prices are high. My I3 needed a 12v battery ($205), it took a week before they could look at it because there is o (base cost is $141/hr.) The parts prices are high. My I3 needed a 12v battery ($205), it took a week before they could look at it because there is only one technician qualified to work on it. The cost of the battery, computer reset and tow (because of BMW design) cost $400. A replacement key fob cost $500. A 2 quart oil change for the range extender engine with tax was about $192. This is my first, and probably my last, BMW automobile. Not the fault of the dealership though. More
