Both Rex and Teresa were fantastic to work with. It's hard to imagine a worse buying experience. I accompanied a disabled person to buy a car. I called the dealership in advance to let them know of her disability and that, because of severe back I accompanied a disabled person to buy a car. I called the dealership in advance to let them know of her disability and that, because of severe back problems, she wasn't able to stay at the dealership for long. I asked that they prep the paperwork and confirm the price in advance. They refused to do either. Instead, they required her to stand at the dealership for 1.5 hours while they prepared paperwork that they could have had ready to go when we arrived. After all, we provided copies of the driver's license and insurance in advance. So why not make the sale smooth for a disabled person, you ask? Because the dealership wanted to take the opportunity to upsell on accessories and warranties. It is a classic example of putting profits over people. By the end of the experience, she was in severe pain. I would steer clear of this dealership. I'd give zero stars if that were an option. More
