Had to take my Hyundainhere for a radiator problem. Long story short, the car was under warranty, and the dealer claimed damage was from outside source and would not cover under warranty. Thomas wanted $1400 to conduct the repair. I got the new Radiator at Weimer Hyundai where I purchased the vehicle at cost and then took the vehicle to Timbrrok Nissan for the repair. Total cost for repair was actually not quite $700. Do not deal with Thomas service department. They are as crooked as a dog's hind leg. Look at the cost disparity. I paid half what Thomas wanted to fix it. I would not buy a matchbox car from Thomas. More

I had to have my brand new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Hubrid towed here on April 3rd. The dealership evaluated the vehicle and advised the radiator was busted due to stone chips.coming back through the grill. towed here on April 3rd. There is no damage to the front of the car or anywhere on the car for that matter. So two things. Something else happened, or the vehicle is designed terribly and the radiator poorly protected from normal driving conditions. I believe they simply put the screws to me because I did not buy the car here. But they most concerning thing was the lack of care or concern. Do not buy Hyundai and especially do not buy from Thomas, they simply don't care and only want your money. More

If I could give zero I would. My mom had her car towed here with an appointment on Tuesday February 27th and received no call that the car was even there let alone to ask why it w My mom had her car towed here with an appointment on Tuesday February 27th and received no call that the car was even there let alone to ask why it was being towed. We are calling and asking if the car is there we either get no response and voicemail or a response from the receptionist that the advisor is busy. I FINALLY get in touch with the advisor through email on Thursday February 29th after sending 3 messages asking what is going on and The response I got was "Sorry we havent had a chance to look at it yet. All of my diag techs have been busy. I will get this in as soon as possible " I responded asking when the ETA might be and received nothing. 2 more days pass and we have not heard anything. It is now Saturday March 2nd. My mom is calling tying to get in touch with someone or ANYONE including salesto find out what is going on with her car and if we can have it towed someplace else just to find out service is closed. She ended up going up there and talking to someone in sales who tried to help her find her keys because there was NO repair order written for her car or any paperwork stating that the car was even there. They finally find the keys and they are sitting on someone's desk out in the open. We towed the vehicle closer to home and received a call today March 8th thanking her for servicing with them.... when she called back to tell them what happened, the number wasn't even in service!!! This was a horrible experience from start to finish and I have never had an experience like this anywhere else. More

Called told them what I wanted and they told me that they would call when the vehicle was in. They did exactly that and I purchased the vehicle the next day. Kara my sales lady was very helpful and explained would call when the vehicle was in. They did exactly that and I purchased the vehicle the next day. Kara my sales lady was very helpful and explained everything to my satisfaction including how to work some of the new electronic devices. Great doing work with her and this is the second vehicle purchased from Thomas and both sales went as smoothly as I could wish for. More

Working with Patrick Yoder at Thomas was amazing! My vehicle was in for service and it was not a good diagnosis, so we started looking and test driving vehicles. I stated what I wanted and Patrick ga My vehicle was in for service and it was not a good diagnosis, so we started looking and test driving vehicles. I stated what I wanted and Patrick gave me some options. Once I settled on exactly what I wanted, even though it wasn't on the lot, Patrick found my dream vehicle - 2024 Palisade XRT with black interior and had it delivered to Thomas for me. I recommend everyone to go see Patrick at Thomas Cumberland! More
