He was always fair and reasonable, ensuring that we had a great experience. What I loved most was that he didn't push anything that would not be right for us. He knew where we wanted to land and he was honest about what he could and could not do. That's all you can really ask for as a car buyer, a fair, smooth transaction, where you know what you're getting into and there is someone there considering what works best for everyone. Terrell got ordered me an extra key to have and gave me a tshirt to wear.. He always followed up with myself or my husband. Just an great individual to work with hands down. Will give 10 stars if I could. Lee was great as well and great to converse with. He explained all my paperwork and warranties. Justin did a great job explaining the features in my car.. thank you all.. I LOVE MY CAR after an extensive search and stress behind losing my original car accident getting hit my a drunk driver.. Terrell made the buying experience pleasurable. He is a very polite and professional person. He stayed in contact with us often and even called on his way home from work more than once. Driving from western NC, they met us in Hickory for delivery saving us hours of driving round trip. We appreciate that greatly. He even gave us some cool Porsche swag to boot. Very nice touch!
