Dealership is trying to steal money! My client agreed to order a car from dealer’s consignment a year ago. Client paid the deposit. Upon research the car was over sticker price, this My client agreed to order a car from dealer’s consignment a year ago. Client paid the deposit. Upon research the car was over sticker price, this is price gouging. Client also never agreed or signed financing terms, which makes this deposit fully refundable. Client spoke to the general manager Zachary Lintz and he was rude, belligerent and lacks basic customer service etiquette. Client spoke to him about getting deposit back and he would not help. Client was also left with the distinct impression of racial bias, you know the kind you can’t put a label on but you feel it. This is a terrible dealership to do business with. We will be contacting the attorney general and pursuing this matter in court. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company. Or any of their delearships. More
