I was working with salesman Don Wood from Jim White Toyota. Don showed me a vehicle from Dave White Acura lot, and I knew it was the right vehicle for me. My speakers have been crackling for more than 6 weeks now, I tried to get it repaired with new FAKRA connectors, but the dealership said they have to recreate the noise in order to order the parts and ma now, I tried to get it repaired with new FAKRA connectors, but the dealership said they have to recreate the noise in order to order the parts and make the repair, of course they couldn’t recreate the noise while I was there and told me to just bring it back in whenever it starts doing it again, I travel a lot for work and I love over an hour away from my dealership, so just “bringing the car back in”, isn’t an easy task. Why does the dealership require themselves to recreate the noise instead of listening to their customer, who spends 10-30 hours a week in their own car?! More
