I’ve been dealing with Land Rover Sarasota for about 10 years now and I can’t say that all 10 years ran smoothly but this past couple of months have been absolutely the worst. Came in to trade my lease get years now and I can’t say that all 10 years ran smoothly but this past couple of months have been absolutely the worst. Came in to trade my lease getting into a 2024 defender. Signed all the paperwork wasn’t informed of all the five added warranties that were on there drove off the lot drove back and an hour later returned the vehicle and said I did not want it with that being said it took about two months to get my down payment back. And on top of that he tried selling me a $80,000 car that was probably worth about 60 to 75,000. Went back to buy out my lease and that was another nightmare again I’ll add and warrantees were added . Called multiple times about related issues with the warranties and the down payment and seems like everybody was avoiding me I was actually able to get my down payment refunded but now I’m trying to remove all these added warranties and I am getting nowhere! More

It was not a great experience. ..so many up charges. A $22,000 care became a $33,000 car and most employees were clueless to what they were doing. The car was dirty when they showed it for the first time. No one ever called back to check on anything. Very Disappointed with this dealership. But with limited inventory I was stuck. If I had a choice, I would not use them. I don't exactly remember any of there names but the only employee I would give a good review for was the girl that helped with insurance. The rest were not informed on anything, I knew more than they did. The guy who sold all the upcharges knew his job but tried to be tricky. And they all said just take it you can cancel it in 30-60 days. Even the financing...if I wanted that price I had to take financing I did not want and the took money off the price for the interest...after the 4 hours I was there I could tell they were trying to confuse all the numbers...If you can avoid this place you should!! More
