I was going to Elmwood for many years and couldn’t say enough good things about both sales and service. They have been amazing. I moved back to MA a few years ago and tried a local Jeep dealership for ser enough good things about both sales and service. They have been amazing. I moved back to MA a few years ago and tried a local Jeep dealership for service. They tried to lie on what needed to be done and wanted to charge me $10,000 to fix the vehicle! Since I worked so well with Scott in the past, I immediately called him to tell him what happened as he is very familiar with my Jeep. I drove the 40 minutes back to have him take a look and amazingly Elmwood's team had us up and going in no time and repairs were just over $600 for an 13 year old vehicle with multiple issues! Far from the $10k quoted. In the future we plan to drive the 40 minutes to continue getting great service and feeling like a valued customer. Never again will I go to another Jeep dealer. I’ll also do a shout out to Dee-dee and Tee. Over the years they have Aldo worked with me and they are just as amazing. They are all fair, honest and don’t try to sell you on things you don’t need. They treat all customers fairly and with respect. Being a single female, car dealerships can be intimidating and I have experienced folks treating me like I’m just a girl that can be taken advantage of. Scott and team have never once made me feel this way. If I could give him 10 stars I would! More

From the moment I stepped on the grounds . I was treated with respect. A gentleman Matt whom guided me through the grounds to show me the different options I had for my tastes..to afew men and I was treated with respect. Then I ended up at the corner lot with James ...after about an hour or more ...and afew ☕️ coffees later ...not only did I leave there with the best vehicle I've ever owed , but also made a group of ...if I my say friends that are still there if I need anything. I recently traded in my Wrangler for a new Gladiator. This is a tough time for buying cars due to the supply chain issues, so I wasn't sure I'd find anything. My salesman Wayne, who I bought a Jeep fro This is a tough time for buying cars due to the supply chain issues, so I wasn't sure I'd find anything. My salesman Wayne, who I bought a Jeep from previously, clearly went through all the options I had, from pre-owned, in transit, ordering one, or one on the lot, and then let me pick what I wanted to do. After I decided, Vinny in finance helped me get the deal done. These guys are why I have bought several Jeeps there over the past dozen years. At the point of taking delivery, Wayne explained all the new features in my truck, both Ben, and Mark, came out to thank me for my purchase and congratulate me. I felt truly valued as a customer, I felt like I was treated fairly (very important in this market) and I feel like I can have a good, open dialogue about what I want and what they can do for me and trust that they are being honest and straightforward. As a side, they took care of my bedliner installation and Tee in Service is always awesome, she arranged a loaner for the day and because I go there for all my service she always remembers me and makes me feel welcome.
