2nd time leasing w/ Garavel The process went very smoothly and I was pleased with the decision to lease my 2nd Subaru Impreza. Not sure how I felt about the dealer tour/gift bag The process went very smoothly and I was pleased with the decision to lease my 2nd Subaru Impreza. Not sure how I felt about the dealer tour/gift bag idea. I felt it was over the top and not needed. I think it cheapened the car purchasing experience but I like Garavel and I just chalked it up to a marketing tool someone thought up. Otherwise great job! More

My husband and I initially came in and met with Sam to consider Subaru options after my Legacy lease had ended; we were only in the "looking around stage" at that point and Sam couldn't have been more helpful, candid, and free from high-pressure selling strategies. For this reason, we specifically asked for Sam when we came back the second time; he spent the afternoon test-driving multiple cars with us assessing what we liked and did not like about each. Sam came up with the perfect option for our needs and, after Teddy worked with us to secure a price that fit our budget, we signed that day! Every car-buying experience should be this pleasant! Many thanks, Garavel Subaru! More

I was bringing my least Subaru to service for a small upgrade and decided to look at the 2019 models since my lease was going to be up in a few months. I was there early in the morning and so at that point Teddy, the sales manager was the only one in the show room. He was very pleasant very smart and gave me an off a lot of information. At that several of the salesman came in and Teddy asked Chris Scarlet to help me. Chris was very polite and very kind and thoughtful. He took me for a test drive and after I returned we worked on negotiating the price for me to turn in my leased car a little bit early and get the 2019 Impreza. An excellent experience. More

Chris Scarlett and Teddy Moclas were professionals, answered all of our questions, and were patient as I propel 100s of questions at them. Jose, in Finance, was exceptional as well and we drove away knowing that any unforeseen events will be covered as well. We knew beyond the shadow of a doubt that this was THE place to go and purchase Suby, our Forrester. I will definitely let everyone know that they should see Chris @ Subaru in Garavel. More

Great car-buying experience! The staff at this dealership are very pleasant and professional and do NOT have that terrible stereotypical car dealer approach to selling. What a rel The staff at this dealership are very pleasant and professional and do NOT have that terrible stereotypical car dealer approach to selling. What a relief! Dave Novik (sales rep) and he and Teddy Mochlas (sales manager) took great care of me. Dave was really patient and took his time to understand my needs. Teddy did the same and they weren't pushy at all. I was interested in the Subaru Crosstrek and I was really impressed with how well Dave knew all the MANY features of that car and the technology that goes along with it. He also was extremely well-versed in the differences in the trim levels, etc. I feel I got a great car at a great price. I will recommend Garavel to anyone interested in buying a Subaru. And I will eagerly recommend that they reach out directly to Dave Novik. He is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with! More
