Made what is generally a difficult task, quite enjoyable. This is my 3rd Subaru-my 2nd from Garavel. Dave made the experience as pleasant as it could be. He knew his "stuff", quickly grasped what I was looking for and did not waste a moment of each other's time trying to "steer " me (pardon the pun) in to anything other than what I was looking for. He is actually a very nice guy as well as a qualified sales person. First rate experience all the way around and that is why I came back and can comfortably recommend ! More

Amazing experience all around Elena, Dave, and Fumi were extremely warm, helpful, and professional. I came to Garavel after having a horrible experience at the Stamford Subaru. Wha Elena, Dave, and Fumi were extremely warm, helpful, and professional. I came to Garavel after having a horrible experience at the Stamford Subaru. What a good move. Elena helped me set up an appointment even though they were about to close (I misread hours online). She was very knowledgeable and gave me a great car recommendation based on my previous driving experience and preferences. Dave spent an entire day doing an extremely thorough job helping me: pick out a car, value my trade-in, learning how to use the features in my new car, etc. It was a sweltering hot day but Dave patiently stood outside with me teaching me how to use the various functions. Fumi was very thorough and knowledgeable, helping us get through the hefty paperwork and purchase any necessary insurance and warrantees. Everyone at the office was warm and personable. I felt treated like family and I won’t hesitate to recommend Garavel Subaru to others. More
