Dewayne and his whole service team were outstanding! After the initial inspection, we were provided with a very helpful & informative video that walked thru their diagnosis of the problem & outlined th After the initial inspection, we were provided with a very helpful & informative video that walked thru their diagnosis of the problem & outlined the recommended repair. And even though it took a day or two longer than we had thought initially, they found & fixed the problem for a lot less than we had (anxiously) expected. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership (including the front receptionist, whose name I don’t know, but who kindly helped arrange a short ride for me to be dropped off at the Enterprise location just down the street) was courteous, friendly & professional. I mean it when I say: as long as g as this is the level of service provided by your dealership, we will never go to another GMC dealer again! More

After I received; my Truck from a small repair auto shop, that would had clean every red penny from my pockets; I called Jim Ellis GMC and Cadillac on Peachtree Rd. hoping for sale on new SUV, in the beginni that would had clean every red penny from my pockets; I called Jim Ellis GMC and Cadillac on Peachtree Rd. hoping for sale on new SUV, in the beginning of March 2025. There's a young man there; who has kept my vehicle safe and stayed in communications with me, after listening close to my situation til this day; for again I'm a 100% SC Veteran, who has been out of transportation since I check-in my truck; at the truck clinic. Vet, N much need; somebody please help, monthly IC- $7,300.00 so I can continue 2 WHEEL. More

I had the unfortunate luck of finding a large bolt with one of the tires on my 25 Sierra while staying only 1 night in Atlanta. I had to quickly call around and find someone with the same tire in stock tha one of the tires on my 25 Sierra while staying only 1 night in Atlanta. I had to quickly call around and find someone with the same tire in stock that could do the service today. I called and spoke with Chris P and he was able to verify inventory and book me in for 5pm today. Upon arrival Chris was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He got my truck back into the shop right away and kept me abreast of everything as the service occurred while also showing me around the dealership. Chris not only earned my business today but if I ever hit a nail in Atlanta again I will be back. Thanks to his help I can now finish my business trip on a positive note and make my trip back to North Carolina on time and on a full size tire. More

I came in for a general oil change and the tire rotation at Jim Ellis Buick GMC Atlanta. After leaving the dealership, I discovered an oil leak due to improperly sealed components. I was headed on a ministr at Jim Ellis Buick GMC Atlanta. After leaving the dealership, I discovered an oil leak due to improperly sealed components. I was headed on a ministry related business trip and could've been left stranded, had I not made a timely call to the manager. This situation could have resulted in severe motor damage. I'm very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. While I've had a good experience at Jim Ellis in the past, this has left me seriously reconsidering future visits. More
