Most unfriendly auto dealer ever. A 12:00 lol change appointment took 2 1/2 hours. Price of 143.00 for simple GMC Yukon is unbelievable high. Jim Ellis had my truck for two days and sent it home without fixing the problem. The service advisor said they couldn’t find the problem I described. I learned this from the service advisor after leavi without fixing the problem. The service advisor said they couldn’t find the problem I described. I learned this from the service advisor after leaving messages for two days and then trying to reach the service manager. The service manager was supposed to call me back within 30 minutes and I never heard from him either. Do you have a bunch of lazy staff. I’ve shared photos of the service safety restraint light that keeps coming on every 20 to 30 miles. I’ll give Jim Ellis one more try to fix the truck the right way. Communication was terrible during the whole experience and no one seemed interested in helping. I was always passed off to somebody else or transferred. I would send your entire staff back for retraining, On the other hand, I had an incredible experience at the Jim Ellis Ford dealership, their service tech called me and informed me of any work that was being done. He went above and beyond. How many more times do I have to bring it to you to tell me that it’s not broken before I can claim a lemon law? More

I set an appt for Thursday morning. A driver was sent to retrieve my truck 30 hrs ago. Communication was terrible. I could not reach Ted, Ted's manager, or the General Manager. I have been told that the warning light that keeps coming on ( Service Safety Restraint System ) was not diagnosed or fixed.Ted Stated "There is nothing they can do" I was patient for over a day without communication and repeated attempts to get ANYONE on the phone. Terrible customer service! Will not visit this dealer again! Overall bad experience with GMC... More
