The service department is TERRIBLE! ! I waited 2 weeks from when I initially called because that's when they told me they could repair the vehicle. It's been 3 more weeks and they stil ! I waited 2 weeks from when I initially called because that's when they told me they could repair the vehicle. It's been 3 more weeks and they still haven't repaired the vehicle and it's just a simple fuel line replacement. I've called over ten times to get updates and not once have they provided me one. They just tell me they'll call me back and they never do. The only way I can get an update is by physically going there and they make up some excuse every time. So next week will be 6 weeks from when I initially scheduled the repairs and it will be week #4 that they've had possession of the it. The worst service I've ever experience for anything in my life. I will tell every one I know and pay as many reviews as I can telling people never to bring a vehicle there for repairs. More

Dave was extraordinarily knowledgeable, kind, patient, thorough, and truly wanted us to understand everything about our new Bronco sport. He went an extra million miles to help figure out why my FordPass thorough, and truly wanted us to understand everything about our new Bronco sport. He went an extra million miles to help figure out why my FordPass was not working well and he did all of this 25 minutes before the dealership was to close and stayed a half an hour later to help solve our problem! We were thoroughly touched by his kindness! Especially since the sales employees that had actually sold us the Bronco sport were no longer at the dealership. He took us under his wing, as if we were his own customers! That is true Star employee! Kelly Ford really does “make it easy” with men like Dave ! I’m so grateful!🥰 They have been our dealership for over 18 years! They are the best in the business! And Dave is their Star!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 More
