Ted was first introduced to sales Jan. 2001 in Gresham. He was employed there for over ten years learning the trade. From sales to finance manager, Ted got to learn all aspects of working in a dealership. He moved to the area in at the beginning of 2012 and shortly joined on with our sales team in March 2012. Almost 3 years later, January of 2015, Ted was promoted to Parts and Service Director. He is one of a kind with his customer service skills. We are happy to have Ted join our team and we look forward to what the future has in store.

The best Service Experience Anyone could ask for. Had recall issues With my 2010 Camry That I purchased new from a another Dealer that I was unhappy With their resolve of the recall.. Coos Bay Toyota Had recall issues With my 2010 Camry That I purchased new from a another Dealer that I was unhappy With their resolve of the recall.. Coos Bay Toyota Dealer Service center Went out of their way to resole the problems. could not ask for Better Service, Me Living 30 miles away, The Service Manager Ted Noble An Staff Went out of their Way to provide transportation so I could transport a Friend to an from Eye surgery clinic While my service was being done. It was completed the same after noon. More

Top Notch Service Department! I purchased a 2016 Tundra from a dealer in the metro-area. The following weekend we planned our first trip to the dunes in Coos Bay with our trailer. I purchased a 2016 Tundra from a dealer in the metro-area. The following weekend we planned our first trip to the dunes in Coos Bay with our trailer. The integrated trailer brake wasn't working and there were multiple warnings flashing on the dash shortly after getting on the road. We went to a metro-area dealer but after an hour wait were told they were too busy to get us in and couldn't even look at it until the following week. They advised the vehicle was safe to operate but we would need to use the manual trailer brake controls. We decided to continue our trip. I called Coos Bay Toyota. I was advised they were booked up on Saturday but would try to get us in if we showed up in the morning. Saturday morning we drove the truck to Coos Bay Toyota about 20 minutes before they were scheduled to be open. We planned on drinking our coffee and waiting in the lot until they opened. To our surprise the doors were open and we were greeted by the friendly staff. They confirmed they were booked up but would try to fit us in. The Service Manager personally drove us to a local store and told us to call back if we needed a ride anywhere else. While picking up supplies for camping and waiting for our friends, we got a call from the service department advising they had already inspected the truck and found a faulty trailer brake control. They advised they had to order the part but it wouldn't be in until Monday at the earliest. We had planned to leave first thing Monday morning because of the long drive and work commitments. They advised they would try to get it in as early as possible but it likely wound't be until Monday afternoon then they would need to install it. Fast forward to Monday morning. At about 8:30 am, I got a call advising the part was in and they were making it a priority to install because they were aware of our time commitments. Just before 10:00 am they called back and advised they were finished and it was ready to pick up. The only problem we had was no ride to pick it up as our friends had left. The Service Manager came all the way to Riley Ranch to pick us up AGAIN and drove us to the dealership. We were greeted with our keys and the service records then escorted to our truck - which they WASHED! Then I realized I left my cell phone in the Service Manager's car. The staff retrieved my phone and quickly brought it to me. I can't tell you how impressed I was with the level of service from this dealership and everyone there I interacted with in the service department. I wish I could find this level of service in the metro-area. We were disappointed with having a issue with our brand new truck but were blown away by the experience in Coos Bay. I can't thank them enough!!!! More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought my van from Coos Bay Toyota, and I get all my maintenance done there. I trusted Coos Bay Toyota to take care of my van and keep me and my ki I bought my van from Coos Bay Toyota, and I get all my maintenance done there. I trusted Coos Bay Toyota to take care of my van and keep me and my kids safe on the road. I paid $60 every 5,000 miles for a complete oil change that included extras such as tire rotations and a visual tire inspection. A few weeks ago, I noticed one of my tires was bald along the outside edge. I walked around the van and discovered all 4 of my tires are bald on the outside edge. Now, I don't know much about cars, but that didn't seem right. My husband took it down to Les Schwab Tire and had them check and they said it was seriously out of alignment and now needed 4 new tires. We were astounded. There was only 12,000 miles on those tires! We talked to the service manager at Coos Bay Toyota and after they gave us the run-around, they admitted fault. Their technician did NOT check our tires on any of our previous oil changes. Let me repeat that: The Service Manager admitted fault. Their technician failed to do his job, and by doing that, put myself and my 4 children at risk, driving around in the rain with bald tires. And now they don't want to make it right. Coos Bay Toyota's mission statement is: "We are pledged to fulfill the vehicle needs of our customers to their complete satisfaction with a genuine smile and sincere dedication." We didn't get that. Their service department failed us, and even though they service manager admitted fault, their sales manager was a complete and total jerk about it. Big fail, Coos Bay Toyota. My van just hit 90,000 miles and I'll be in the market for a new one in 2016. Guess I'll be heading over to Honda World. More

Fantastic Buying Experience!!!! My Credit Union gave me the names of 3 dealerships they work with and I did a lot of online checking and reading evaluations. Originally, I planned on another SUV, but I'd ridden in a friend's Prius and at least three other friends had one so I chose the lift back since I use a walker at times. Summer was my Sales Representative and was so conscientious in making sure I knew the basics before even leaving the lot. I didn't have a particular color in mind so she brought me one in "Sea Glass Pearl" which is beautiful!!! Lots of compliments on that!. Doesn't show dirt easily, either! She offered me a Prius 3 originally, but I am cautious about too much technology and changed to a Prius 2, which was not a problem for her. There were incentives by Toyota and Rick Brown "crunched" the number to make sure I got the ultimate best deal. Have never before had such a pleasant car buying experience and will recommend Coos Bay Toyota to my friends!! And the reviews of other customers on their experiences was one of the reasons I chose to shop here. More
