Hands down the worst dealership to buy a luxury car from. I bought a new, 2026 escalade IQ, and at the time of signing the finance documents they notified me that there was hail damage to the car, "which ha I bought a new, 2026 escalade IQ, and at the time of signing the finance documents they notified me that there was hail damage to the car, "which has been repaired ". As I was about to leave the lot, I noticed the roof of the car still had damage and it was marked up by chalk. They picked up the car the next day from my house and kept it for ten days, and still returned it in less than perfect condition. Will never buy any car from this dealership again! More

Not a good experience. Very inexperienced salesperson, plus kept getting delayed with detailing and service that needed to be done. Service department is a joke. The only reason I didn’t walk out on the sale was because of Ricky, he seems to be the only standup and honest guy in that place and he worked with me on my requests, which I appreciate. More
