This is my third car I have bought from Luther Automotive Group in Brooklyn Park - I am very please with this dealership - which is why I come back... This time I bought a 2021 CPO Suburban from Orlando Pos Group in Brooklyn Park - I am very please with this dealership - which is why I come back... This time I bought a 2021 CPO Suburban from Orlando Post who was my sales rep - no pressure -very accommodating - and very responsive - what more can a buyer ask for. I would also like to extend kudos to my Finance guy AND most importantly - the friendly and helpful receptionist I though her name was Sandra? More

Dealer system is broken. Having to talk to 3 people to buy a car cause no single person can just close a sale. Needing to talk to an accessory manager to buy rubber matts is Having to talk to 3 people to buy a car cause no single person can just close a sale. Needing to talk to an accessory manager to buy rubber matts is crazy. Everyone was nice but the process is so out-dated. I should be able to just buy a car online. It took so long to get it all done even though we pre-applied online. As nice as everyone is, there really isn’t much of a value-add for the manufactured ceremony in just buying a car. More
