My experience was good and the employees were good. I do have a couple of issues to mention that would have made my experience much better. I was initially “low balled” on my trade. After I protes I do have a couple of issues to mention that would have made my experience much better. I was initially “low balled” on my trade. After I protested it was brought up to a reasonable level. I felt this was a tactic that is being used on everyone as there probably are a number of people who do not protest. The protection package was not adequately explained. The sheet placed in front of me did not have pricing on it. It was only after I was well into the purchase did I see it was an add on to the price of the vehicle. More

It has been almost two months and they were supposed to install a camera, fud flaps and there is no tray in the center counsel. I am still waiting. The communication has been xxxx. They are completely worthless getting me information. I am so mad that I purchased this explorer without these things being done before I picked it up. I will not recommend them for anything and will more than likely tell people to go somewhere else. I am very surprised with the lack of follow up. Very bad! More
