This is the third purchase from Inifiniti. Taylor in sales and Grant in financing were very friendly and knowledgeable. Alex,, the GM, was sharp and efficient...major improvement over the GM f Taylor in sales and Grant in financing were very friendly and knowledgeable. Alex,, the GM, was sharp and efficient...major improvement over the GM from 2 years ago. My only complaint is the time it took to complete the process. Four hours from saying "we want the car" to leaving with it. About the same as other purchases...think there must be a way to speed things up. More
