I have been around the car industry for as long as I can remember. It has been kind of a family business. I grew up in Maple Grove MN where on my 16th birthday I began working at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Pontiac at the time. I worked there doing a variety of rolls until July of 2012 where I transferred to Luther John Hirschs Cambridge Motors and began my Service Advisor position. I now live in Cambridge MN with my family and our puppies.. I love the fast pace of the car industry but the service department in particular. Every day is something new and I enjoy being kept on my toes.

The worst service department I have ever been to. The service department was very rude disrespectful and not willing to help in any way. When asked if I could speak to a manager I was told their wasn The service department was very rude disrespectful and not willing to help in any way. When asked if I could speak to a manager I was told their wasn't anyone who I could speak with. I left without the parts I needed. I will never go there again n do not recommend that anyone else stop there either. Waste of time the only thing you will get is frustrated. More

There were a few glitches with Mopar giving the go ahead with some repairs. This was due to internet problems as the dealership was getting their electricity upgraded by their power company. Any problems were NOT the fault of the dealership but with their power effecting their internet. KUDOS to Taylor !!!! More
