So, I’m writing to say Taylor the service advisor provided exceptional customer service, if he had not told me he was new; I would have believed he had been working there for years.
Taylor was very knowledgeable; transparent, with a bubbly attitude… If he did know the answer to a series of questions/inquiries I had, he would go seek & timely return with the answer.
Taylor was very professional, he demonstrated what true customer care & support should look like.
For these reasons by GODS Grace, I purchased a set of 4 new tire.

think the work order should actually state what the customer said. The work order said "Customer states squeaking noise coming from passenger side sliding door". That is not at all what I stated. His comment was that it was a general statement pointing to the general area of the problem. That really isn't true either and not helpful to a mechanic. Also, If I had to bring the car in a second time for the same problem the service record would not be correct and a different writer would think it was a different problem. Again, not at all correct. The paperwork needs to be correct. I will not likely take my car back to this dealer for other service because of this.

I don't know who is responding to this but I did discuss it with the service manager and he didn't think it was a problem. I do want to reiterate that the repair was done quickly and properly and there have been no additional problems but I just don't like having a document of record stating that I said something completely different from what I actually said. That's just not good records keeping. This repair was completely dependent on the service writer telling the mechanic what I actually said.
