My 2011 Outback has numerous warning lights including check engine and AT oil temp. The codes read transmission system so I decided to call the dealership to handle it. When I called and gave all the information I was told I could not make an appointment until I spoke with a service advisor and one would call me back, likely that afternoon. After three more calls to the dealership, I am now on day #4 waiting for that phone call. I have been a Subaru owner for 12 years and I have never seen this kind of lack of service. Very disappointed. More

Car buying was easy here but the service center has been a mess. I dropped a car off last Wednesday for an easy fix for a known Subaru issue--Subaru said they would pay for the repair. I was told repair wou a mess. I dropped a car off last Wednesday for an easy fix for a known Subaru issue--Subaru said they would pay for the repair. I was told repair would happen Thursday but then my service advisor was out sick. You would think someone else would take on cases when the person you worked with is gone, but no, I cannot get anyone on the phone, I have called every morning and been told someone would call me back and received zero calls back. It's been 6 days, no offer of a loaner vehicle. Someone who finally answered the phone one day said they could not see that Subaru would pay for the repair so they couldn't start it--I said this had been emailed to my service advisor (he had confirmed this). I offered to forward the same email to this person and did. That was 3 days ago. Still no progress. I feel invisible at this point, I did not realize that if the one person who was helping you is gone you are out of luck. I will never get my car serviced here again. More

Subaru of Las Vegas has amazing customer service The service was amazing. Coco was my sales representative and I have nothing but a positive experience. There was no awkward haggling. Anything I had an issue with or felt like I had a concern with was addressed immediately with management and they took good care of my family and I. Just to put it in perspective I live in California and I drove 300 miles to this dealership and do not regret it. After dealing with other dealerships in San Diego, Temecula, and Huntington Beach. I will be willing to drive out again to get this level of amazing service if it means I am treated this way again. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. More
