A little about me outside of work. I am a mother to my 5 year old son Maddex. We enjoy being active like swimming, biking/dirt biking/ATV's and watching movies as a family. I am extremely close to my family and love being around them. Personally, I am getting in to hot yoga and learning how to cook healthy meals.

I have asked several times to remove me from this car. I have asked in person, over the phone and by text. This was my first experience with service here. This was for a service that was part of the purchase, the paint sealant. I was never contacted to schedule this as I was told I would be. I tried calling twice and I waited on hold and was unable to get through either time. I stopped by in person and apparently no service people are there on Sunday. Finally I stopped by again on a weekday and managed to get this scheduled months after it should have been done. The problems with service began with the text messages changing my appointment which were some sort of glitch in your systems. Then there was text message telling my car was done when it wasn't, which prompted me to come in and pick up the car before going in to work as I thought it was done and I had time to pick it up and get to work. Instead I waited for it since I had already returned the rental car. I was offered a ride to work, but I work in downtown Seattle, so that made no sense. In the end I get the car, and an overwhelmed with the smell inside- I feel like I am high by the time I get to work. I leave work and go home as I feel awful- missing my shift at work. I further had to wash all my clothes as the smell was all over me after sitting in traffic to get to Seattle then back home. I then had to open the cars windows for several days to clear that smell, thankfully I have rain guards and the windows are still cracked as I write this because I can still smell chemicals inside the car. I thought this was a paint sealant but it seems you also put something on the interior as well? Or was the interior treated and the paint no treated? I don’t know which was done, or if both were done. In general this was not a positive experience. More

The purchasing experience here was pretty nice, with a pretty low key approach. However, I found it difficult to follow the finance person's explanation of things because he spoke very rapidly and did no pretty low key approach. However, I found it difficult to follow the finance person's explanation of things because he spoke very rapidly and did not look directly at me (this was a cash transaction - no financing). Unfortunately, my EV6 suffered a major failure after I had the car only five days, and it had to be towed back to the dealership. It took about two months for the various problems to be corrected. I needed to rent a car for about half the time, until Kia Customer Service got involved and then a loaner car became available. I'm still waiting on the rental car reimbursement. The dealership and I also disagree about a dent in the car. I didn't see how I could have dented it, since I'd only had it five days and it was parked in my garage when not being driven - never in a parking lot. The dealership said it could not have been there when they delivered it to me, but given the poor prep that this car had before delivering, I think that the dent was there but missed. I got it repaired at the dealership but I paid for it. However, I have the car back for a few weeks now and it seems to be working well. More

I took my car in for what the dealer called 2-way protection that was negotiated at the time of delivery of my new Sportage Hybrid on Sept.14th. I was scheduled on Oct. 9th with a loaner.
