If you’re interested in a place that uses bullying to intimidate customers, this is your place. I recently brought my vehicle to this Buick dealership and had an extremely disappointing experience. I was intimidate customers, this is your place. I recently brought my vehicle to this Buick dealership and had an extremely disappointing experience. I was spoken to in an aggressive, irate tone, with staff raising their voices at me when I questioned why I was being charged a diagnostic fee for an issue that was covered under a recall. That diagnostic fee was $231, which made the situation even more frustrating and unreasonable. My vehicle sat outside on their lot for three days after I was told to drop it off. When I called for an update, I was told the delay was because I “never responded” about what to do with the vehicle. That was completely untrue — I had already spoken with a representative the weekend before and confirmed everything. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with rude attitudes and blame. I have names and have documented everything. Despite following all instructions and dealing with a recall-related problem, I was still forced to pay the $231 diagnostic fee. The lack of communication, the hostility, and the unprofessional behavior were unacceptable. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. More

I dropped off my keys on 12/14 due to a leaking/inflating tire. Besides auto text messages and a link with my repair cost on 12/15, I received no communication from my service advisor (TW) despite calling an tire. I appreciated the quick and efficient repair time and work done on my tire but wish someone could have called me in advance of picking up my car with details on what happened to my tire. More
