Tavia went WAY above and beyond! !! Never have I ever heard of anyone buying a car and never needing to step foot into a dealership and having your brand new car delivered to your do !! Tavia helped us purchase our Sorento and was an absolute pleasure. There was no pressure to buy but once we were sure which vehicle we wanted she was relentless in getting us down to an affordable payment a pleasure. She is very personable and down to earth which made it a very comfortable and easy deal for us. I don't think anyone likes the feeling that their car dealer is trying to get one over on them, and Tavia was really on our side making sure we got what we wanted and only what we wanted. We also planned on coming to get the car a few days later, but she hopped in drove an hour to us and swapped us for our trade in. Next level customer service, thank you Tavia and Berwyn Kia! More
